Jen Tanner Creative provides creative services. The scope, deliverables, and fees for any specific project will be outlined in a separate Client Agreement or Proposal. These Terms govern general website use and form the baseline for all client relationships unless superseded by a signed agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
- Our IP: All content on the Site—including logos, text, graphics, images, design templates, and methodologies—is the exclusive intellectual property of Jen Tanner Creative and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
- Client Deliverables: Upon full payment for a project, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables for your business purposes. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a separate non-disclosure agreement states otherwise.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Transmit viruses, spam, or any malicious code.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals.
5. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse, monitor, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties

In any event, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months prior to the event.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, it shall be settled through binding arbitration in Sheradin, WY or by small claims court, as applicable.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site without prior notice if you breach these Terms.
11. General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jen Tanner Creative regarding the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
